Whereas the Dartmouth Whalers Minor Hockey Association is a voluntary association of members designed to promote hockey at recreational and competitive levels in accordance with the Constitution and Bylaws of the Canadian Hockey Association (CHA), the Nova Scotia Hockey Association (NSHA) and the Nova Scotia Minor Hockey Council (NSMHC).
